Using video lessons and gaming to teach Spanish commands with participant interaction in social media
About the study
The study seeks to find if there is student improvement through learning Spanish commands after watching video lessons and participating in an online game.
The study will also use social media as a means for students to interact with one another and with the material. Additionally Facebook will be used to advertise tools, guest speakers, courses, and other such things. Students will create a culture knowledge base on dance and music with a focus on salsa. Students can share literature that mentions dance or music in addition to academic articles.
The thesis is now in the review stage and the thesis defense will be held on November 4th, 2015.
